Door to Door Service

We offer an efficient delivery and collection service, offering AM (9am-1pm) or PM (1pm – 5pm) time slots.  You must ensure that a responsible person is in attendance to receive and sign for the items ordered.  We cannot guarantee exact timed deliveries, however, we will endeavour to meet any requirements, and if requested, we can call you when the driver is 30 minutes away. 

Deliveries/collections required out of normal working hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5.00pm) are by prior agreement only and additional charges will apply. 

The equipment must be repacked (as delivered) ready for collection.  If equipment is not repacked correctly, we reserve the right to charge for time spent repacking equipment. Please note that the driver collecting the goods is not authorised to count in goods on site.

Delivery / Collection Charges

Delivery/collection charges do vary according to distance travelled from our depot. Delivery/collection is charged for using a single driver who will deliver and collect to a ground floor, flat terrain, and short distance access door to door location. 

If delivery/collection is to be made elsewhere, the terrain is not flat/there is a longer distance to be made, or if the delivery/collection requires 2 x people, etc. We MUST be told prior to delivery/collection, so that a revised confirmation detailing additional delivery/collection charges can be sent.  

PLEASE NOTE – EXTRA CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED IF WE ARE NOT ADEQUATELY INFORMED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. 

In the event of items being broken, damaged or missing upon delivery, please let the office know within 24 hours of delivery.  

Delivery & Collection Information

Collection of Hire Equipment

Unless previously agreed, all hire equipment must be packed and ready for us to collect from 9am on the collection day that is specified on the order confirmation. If you are due to return hire equipment to us, unless previously agreed, this must be made between 9am – 4pm on the return day that is specified on the order confirmation. Hire equipment often goes back out on hire the same day or the next day, so it is essential that we receive all hire equipment back on the correct day. 

Self Pick Up & Drop Off

Collecting / Returning From Us

If you prefer, you are welcome to collect and return from us. We are open Monday – Friday between 9am-4pm. 

 

Please ensure that you have a suitable vehicle, and are able to transport safely and securely, the items you have hired from us. 

 

As an indication as to the size vehicle you may need, many of our glass crates are 60cm x 40cm and most items of china are packed in grey boxes that are 40cm x 30cm x 32cm.
