There is no minimum hire charge. However, some items are hired out in case lots only.
The hire cost detailed covers a hire period of up to 72 hours or Friday-Monday hire. For longer hire periods we will be happy to provide a quotation.
No, Simply scrape any food off the plates, remove liquids from glasses and cups, and repack into the boxes in which your order arrived. We will then take care of the cleaning FREE OF CHARGE, at our warehouse.

All prices shown on the website are subject to VAT. Your quotation we will show the net cost of goods and services plus VAT at the current rate of 20%.
We require full payment (cleared funds), for all orders prior to the delivery date or hirers collection date, unless otherwise agreed. Payment by BACS is the company’s preferred method of payment.
If you are making regular orders you may want to apply for a credit account. Just let us know and we will send you the necessary paperwork to set this up.
Broken, damaged, lost and/or unreturned items will be charged at replacement cost.
Delivery/collection charges vary according to distance travelled from our depot. Delivery/collection is charged for using a single driver who will deliver and collect to a ground floor, flat terrain, and short distance access door to door location.
If delivery/collection is to be made elsewhere, the terrain is not flat/there is a longer distance to be made, or if the delivery/collection requires 2 x people, etc. we must be told prior to delivery/collection, so that a revised confirmation detailing additional delivery/collection charges can be sent.
Yes, this is often the most cost-effective method if you have a relatively small order.
We can offer AM (9am-1pm) or PM (1pm – 5pm) time slots. You must ensure that a responsible person is in attendance to receive and sign for the items ordered. We cannot guarantee exact timed deliveries, however, we will endeavour to meet any requirements, and if requested, we can call you when the driver is 30 minutes away.
Deliveries/collections required out of normal working hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5.00pm) are by prior agreement only, and additional charges will apply.
